What are your hobbies and interests?

Books, MMORPG's, EverQuest II, archery, baking, Star Wars stuff, animals, planning our next WDW trip! And currently, waiting very impatiently for TWILIGHT to hit the theaters!!! :-)

What type of music do you like?

My tastes are varied depending on my mood. It's easier to list what I don't like, which is rap/soul/hip hop, that sort of thing. I really love bagpipe music and steel pan music, and all day I listen to various Disney park music channels via Internet radio. Couldn't live without that. :-) Favorite bands are Rush (massive understatement there), Nine Inch Nails, Off Kilter, Dead Kennedys, Adam Ant, even (and kinda especially) John Denver.

About Me:

I'm a single parent of one almost-13 year old son, and both of us are card-carrying Disney fanatics. :-) We're at Walt Disney World as often as possible! We also love cruise ship vacations, snorkeling, and video games & MMORPG's. We both play EverQuest II and love it.

I am definitely a "girlie girl," but I also LOVE football and action movies. In fact, I would generally rather drop a bowling ball on my foot than watch a "chick flick." I'm a study in contradiction, I've been told. I'm also very silly, I've been told. ;-)

I love to read and will read the back of a cereal box if nothing else is around. LOL I also love medieval history, meteorology, board games, camping, and archery. I adore animals and wish I could have several more!

I am a bonafide geekette. Computers, gadgets, video games, I love 'em all. Especially the video game part, and gaming in general. I started playing AD&D when I was my son's age, and have loved RPG's] ever since. Then along came MMORPG's, and I was in gamer grrl heaven. ;-) I've tried and/or beta'd a bunch, but have spent most of my time in EQII. It's a great escape, and my creative outlet. I adore roleplaying games.
