Ok. i found out that what i got in a legal document served was really not legal. What was filed did not match. In Canada this is bad as it is here. It is called false service.

Step 1 where to get help
So, if you have a custody issue and not sure where to turn the first places I recommned is first your local courts.
Many now have online forms and self help centers. The forms are easy to fill out. You do have to pay for a process server which is usually less than 50 USD. Some places it is less.
Contact your state or county bar association who licenses lawyers. I will be posting links for this as well.

It's all about control. And that's why i told you to fight to the death. you need to show him you are not his to control anymore. and you need to show it to yourself. :)
