What are your hobbies and interests?: Most of my hobbies or interests revolve around my precious girl and our spiritual journey. We like to ride quads and dirt bikes, seadoo's, camping, swimming, BBQ's, bowling, playing pool and poker, and learning to play the guitar. My best hobby is just spending time with my daughter, but I also like to hanglide. Anything fun with my angel.

What type of music do you like?: A variety, just not country or rap

About Me:: I've been a full time single parent for 3 and a half years and in that time I went back to school, and completed my internship, while holding down a full time job. I'm now a drug/alcohol, and anger management councelor working with adolesants. In Sept. of 08 I start work in the school district here with at risk adolesants. Kids are my passion. I plan on going back to school soon - psychology-. I love to read self help books or anything that has a positive message. I am also on a spiritual journey which I work towards on a daily basis. I am constantly working on myself towards being a better person because I know I'll never be perfect, ( then again who is ) but at least today I like who I am. My precious little girl is my life and everything I do revolves around her. We spend all my spare time doing things together and haveing fun ( and yes with my busy schedule we still find the time ). I like to take one day at a time and make the best of it for me and my daughter. I am sooo.... blessed and life is awesome !!!! May peace and love find you the way it has me.

LOVE

The more love that I put out the more love shows up in my life, therefore I choose to only express love. If you believe you are unfortunate because you have loved and lost, you are wrong. One who has loved truely can never lose entirely. Love is whimsical and temperamental. It comes when it pleases, and goes away without warning. Accept and enjoy it while it remains, but spend no time worrying about its departure. Worry will never bring it back.

Dismiss the thought that love comes only once. Love may come and go times without number, but there are no two love experiences that affect you the same way. There may be one love experience that leaves a deeper imprint on the heart than all the others, but all love experiences are beneficial except to the person who becomes resentful and cynical when love makes its departure. NO EXPERIENCE THAT TOUCHES THE HUMAN HEART WITH SUCH A SPIRITUAL FORCE CAN POSSIBLY BE HARMFUL, EXCEPT THROUGH IGNORANCE OR JEALOUSY. LOVE YOU ALL

SELF LOVE

But how can we expect charity toward others, when we are uncharitable to ourselves? Charity begins at home.

If my heart is filled with self hatred,
I can't teach you self love.
If I can't forgive myself,
I can't grant you forgiveness.
If Im obsessed with perfection,
I can't teach you tolerance.
If my body trembles with anger,
I can't teach you serenity.
If i can't love myself,
I can't love you.

Let me remember today that charity begins at home.

Gratitude

There are so many people spending way to much time complaining about everything, and I hope thats working for them. I just tend to wonder if these people are really happy, or if theres any way of makeing them happy. They seem to forget about all the precious people, places, and things that they do have in their lives. I feel very sorry for for them, I really wish they could get it.
