break up sex? I couldn't do it with that person that hurt me or if I was to break up with them like "I'm breaking up with you btw can we have sex?'" thats how I look at it.

My son wants to live with me.....I need to find out if there is an age where he can say where he wants to live in Wa state with me.people that I talked to say 12, But I need documentation saying so and the courts website confuses me, He will be 12...

I share 50/50 & miss them so much when they're with their dad, although they have a great time with him.
