i'm a little late...but every state has legal aid. google legal aid and your state. that's how i got a lawyer. it cost me 400$ but a custody and support case can run upwards of $10,000...so it's worth it.

Make notes of everything you want to tell the judge. Put it in writing and file it with your paperwork to the court. But, basically tell the Judge. That is pretty much all you can do. Either that or don't go to court.

- Tomorrow is the big day. I have been praying for you like crazy! Stay strong, and stay focused. Try your best not to be intimidated by all that comes with court. Like I said before, put something like a Bible verse, or reassuring quote in your pocket. Something that will keep you focused on why you are there. Please let me know what happens, and if he shows.
