- I have two children and work full time. I am finding that I enjoy being a single parent. I worry about how the divorce affects my children now and in the future. Sometimes it seems that although 50% of the population is divorced we really don't know that many people who are. I would like to meet with other single parents who can relate and hopefully make new friends myself and for my children as well. I like to do things with my kids, to have fun and be around other positive people.
