Haven't been able to do all the summer activities we usually do with the new baby here, but we fit them in when we can. Should the boys be doing anything extra since they're working their body's to the max? I give em protein drinks before their practices and I make sure they have a nice hearty home-cooked meal afterwards. Just want to make sure they get what they need,lol. Thanks! Have a great week!

This week they started pre-conditioning which is 2 days, but next week it'll be 4 nights a week 3 hours a night. What a pain,lol. Getting up early...hmmm...so you coach high school? I'm afraid to mis-spell my words,lol. Please correct me in a nice way if I mis-spell,lol.
