- Music, Books, Movies- I love going to see bands play, watching movies before anyone else and reading mainly biographies- I'm a true Yankees and Notre Dame fan, never giving up on my teams, even if they stink! I love to eat and try new place- other than all this, I really just enjoy hanging with friends and talking about whatever

- Wow- this is tough- Music has always been a huge part of my life, I love all kinds! Currently in my car, I have Joy Division, Thrice, Rise Against, Green Day, Kate Perry, and Tom Petty- at work I listen to alot of Bruce Springsteen and Bob Dylan- Chilling at home I love Neil Young! Hanging with friends brings in 80's hair metal and 90's alternative and hip-hop. I love signing heavy bands live, such as In Flames and Every Time I Die- I will give anything a shot but can't seem to find anything good about this pop-country rage
- About Me:
- I'm a 31 year old semi professional. Was an independent musician for 8 years before my son was born. Since that point, I went back to school and pursued a more professional and stable career but will always have the love for the music. When I'm not working or with my son, I love to read, be involved with music in any way, watch movies, blog, and spend time with my friends. I spend a lot of time with my son and after a few years of bitterness between his mother and I, we are really working hard at building a partnership in raising our son. He is amazing, just as all parents believe about their kids. He has the world's largest imagination and never seizes to surprise me with his knowledge of a variety of topics. We like to play sports together, do art projects, and have sword fights(plastic, of course)- I love being a father but will admit it was tough after his mother and I broke up. I fought with the thought of failure and to this day owe the fact that my son never stopped believing in me as the reason I never stopped believing in myself as a father.

My Old Man
I'm not sure how to start this or what- usually I am not at a loss for words. Last Tuesday, July 1st- I lost my Father. He was 51 and it was very unexpected. He had a heart attack and went fast, I thank God he did not suffer in any way. My son Kaleb was very close to my Dad or Papa as he called him. He was with my parents that day, while I was at work. I was attracted to this site recently after just seeing the name - what a bold statement. I have only been able to get on for a handful of minutes so far but have to say I feel very welcome here. I have a sneaking suspicion that that comment from "Harry Lewis" is a fake. If it is real, though, I'm a little creeped out. I'm a lot creeped out. Just saying. Ha ha.
I hope I'm able to achieve becoming a teacher as well. It's going to be tough, juggling taking care of my daughter, school, and work. But it will be worth the effort (I hope). Anyway, take care. Stay in touch! It's nice to have a place to communicate with people who have an idea of what I'm going through :)
