- I enjoy yoga, dancing, hiking, boating and gardening. I love to hang out with friends enjoying wine, food and good conversation.
- What type of music do you like?
- All kinds. I listen mostly to adult alternative, or progressive rock. I enjoy Blues, R&B, and some Hip Hop for dancing. Not a fan of most rap or techno.
- About Me:
- From So. California originally. I have been in Oregon 10yrs now. I love the beauty of the North West but the seemingly endless cold, gray, wet days can get me down. I love the outdoors but I don't like to be cold. That seems to be an issue here! :-) It's all about sunny escapes! I am most interested in anything that has to do with physical and spiritual health. My definition of spiritual is anything that makes one feel a profound awareness of his or her connection to self and others. When I am in the right state I can have a spiritual experience playing with my kids, working in my yard or even taking a bath. The goal is to live in that place all the time! Having lot of interest and an enthusiastic spirit leaves me with a tendency to become over-extended and scattered. In effort to remedy this, I am always striving to find the right balance between down time, family, work and play. When I am spiritually and physically fit, I have more to offer so taking time for me is important. I am a people person who likes to look to the best in others.

I know what I want to be when I grow up!
So the other day I am sitting in line at the Starbucks drive through, when I see these two elderly women, walking through the parking lot, laughing. Suddenly one of them jumped up on to a curb and began to walk the curb like a balance beam, with her arms straight out in the air, much like my 5 yr old daughter would.
