Well tonight I went out to dinner with two handsome boys... interestingly they look quite a bit like me :) Since one of them is only 4 this is not an occasion that happens very often because he hates sitting still for long. I don't want to do it anymore. I don't want to be the full time mom, you can, and I will see them everyother weekend. It's been a while...
Sometimes life gets so busy I don't have time to think, let alone take time for myself. Part of that time was spent with all of you :) But I have a bit more this past week - or maybe my insomnia is just coming back - and wanted to say hi. I hope you are all well and are having fun with the excitement of the holidays coming up. We are carving pumpkins saturday, it should be a messy, wonderful adventure!

I hate lawyers... and ex's.
WTF! The end of my long awaited 90 days before filing final papers was up May 14th. May 1st my ex decided to get a lawyer after already signing a joiner. Who sent a letter to my lawyer and despite my many objections my lawyer has put off filing my final divorce papers "for my protection". Well screw my protection, his lawyers haven't filed anything and I want this done. I don't know why I feel so strongly... A living, walking diary...
I totally stole the title from Randy, but it describes what my tattoos are perfectly. I have six, two of which are being incorporated into the larger one. The one we are working on now, started just over a year and a half ago. I actually thought I wasn't going to get anymore done. But I was working at the Clark County fair and this guy came into our booth with the most amazing full sleeve I had ever seen. And I know what THAT feels like!! The woman who did my tattoo was like my midwife!! She walked me through it, guided me through breathing. Everything but telling me to "PUSH". And luckily it was only 2 1/2 hours and not 30 or 80!! Anyhow, veggies. yes. the big challenge. I don't know man. I'm trying to get creative with my 5 year old now. She likes broccoli. That may just be about it. Her friend Rosie is a frozen veggie eater too. Hey--whatever works!! Sometimes I will sneak powdered dulse onto our popcorn w. flax oil and nutritional yeast and Braggs. It doesn't always fly. Or the old stand by of mixing in veggies with mac and cheese. Smoothies seem to be the best bet so far!!
