- I am a single professional woman who is currently pregnant with my first child due in April 2010. My pregnancy was an accident from an unfortunate short fling, and as such, I have been a "single parent" ever since I found out I was pregnant! BUT I feel very humbled by this miracle inside me and very happy to have been blessed to be a mom! This is one decision I will never regret!

The father is putting pressure on me to abort. I almost went into shock today after he pressured me.
I feel I am too old to have an abortion. It's not like I am 19 but I am scared too. Being a career woman like you, I am trying to figure out how I will juggle the baby and career. There's so much to think about.
I am glad there is someone else out there who I can relate to.

You're local so I wanted to say Hi. Parenthood is very rewarding, and single parenthood has it's advantages ie; not having to negotiate every minute detail of raising your child. You get to call the shots, and be as funky cool a momma as you wanna be! Best Wishes!!
