4 Tips To Getting Started on iHeart

Here are four tips to get you started:

Customize your page

Add photos, change your theme, add music, change your privacy settings. Add new friends and then say “hello” to fellow members via comments or emails!  If you are concerned about privacy, you may choose to avoid adding photos and use an alias as a name.  This way you can still participate in all the fun, but remain anonymous.

Join Groups that are of interest to you or start your own!

Each group has it’s own discussion forum specific to that topic, so you can find commonalities beyond single parenthood!

There’s always an interesting topic in our general single parent forum! Our members are quite talented at writing their own personal blogs and commenting on each others. When you’re ready, you can write your own posts!

Well, to be a bit blunt, I don't believe that people should go to "dating" sites for "friends". Try the newspaper, Craigslist, Meetup.com, local kid-friendly establishments, etc. But I wouldn't try dating sites. That is just my thoughts. Good luck!
