Okay I have to follow up what Don S. wrote...a 'MAN' who wants to get married (in my experience as the Gal Pal of many men) will not tell the woman he wants to marry about any other girl he's been with.

Why is it a man that says he's looking to get married cannot date just one woman at a time and really get to know her? This seems contradictory to me. I was really turned off by all the talk of other woman he's meeting and used to be with and his experiences with them. To me that is unattractive and is just a woman chaser. Never really gets what he says he wants. Hmmmm....

So the boyfriend I had for over a year dumped me because...get this...because he just wants to be a ski bum this year. What's up with that I mean his skis are sexy but he can't have a girl too? I'm at a total lose for words.

Why do you think the ex boyfriend is so interested in what is going on in my life (ie: texting me every other day asking me what's up) but does not want to make time to visit? Is this his way of remaining friends? Just to stay in touch by text? I am no longer into him. He was brutally honest dating someone with a kid was not his thing. However my little girl asks about him all the time and I do want to be friends with him. She does not have very many men in her life and he is a great guy. So should I tell him to stop texting or just ignore the messages?
