I would add that cell phones are targets too. I watched a special about people texting kids. The very same day, we got our oldest daughter a cell phone. We were discussing rules, and as the discussion was taking place, she got a text offering painkillers. Technology is fabulous... with some exceptions. And I am a mama bear... we ditched that cell phone and are researching ones that are more kid friendly.

Disney has a plan that blocks all incoming spam ads, has GPS tracking that can be viewed on the internet by parents, and allows parents to decide which phone numbers the cell is allowed to call out to.
